Frequently Asked Questions

Learn How it Works!

How long does a course typically last for?

I have run shorter 90 minute sessions but typically I run 1/2 or full day courses.  I am often asked back by my clients to refresh what people have learned and to also make sure they are putting it into practice.

What makes me uniquely qualified to deliver you an exceptional course?

I have over 20 years nursing experience before achieving my Masters in Mindfulness Based Interventions from UCD in 2017.  Both my training in mindfulness and my nursing experience has created an amazing foundation which is difficult to find with other mindfulness practitioners.

What other companies have you delivered courses for?

I have delivered courses for the VHI, St. James Hospital, CMS Marketing,  RazorSocial, the Centre for Learning and Development and many more.

What happens after I complete the contact form?

I will contact you within one day and have a chat on the phone.  If you are interested in moving forward we’ll arrange a meeting where we can go your needs and expectations in more details so I can create the right program for your staff, students or community.  I’ll then present you with a proposal and leave it to you to decide!

Where do you provide courses?

I currently provide courses in Ireland and the UK.

how quickly can you get a course up and running?

It typically takes at least 4 weeks from the first enquiry.

Meet Your Mindfulness Practitioner

Janet Cleary, Masters in Mindfuleness Based Interventions

Janet’s passion throughout her life has always been helping people and this is evident through her 25 year career in nursing.  Outside of work she is a devoted friend and family person and is always the first person to call in time of need.  Finding mindfulness has helped her provide that help to a broader group of people and so many people are thriving as a result of this.
